Pine Valley: Best golf course in the world


Pine valley ranks on top among world’s best golf courses with its exotic beauty and top-class facilities. It was established in 1918, in the size of 184 acres. A group of golf lovers from Philadelphia first bought this land and offered it to Mr. George Arthur Crump for designing. Pine valley golf course was his first designed course, and he poured all of his talent and resources into this creation.

Royal County Down


Royal County Down golf course is one of the beautiful courses, built by Old Tom Morris in 1889. Further, in 1900, it was remodeled by George Combe and in 1996 Harry Colt brought some new changes in this course. It is called a toughest golf course by many well-known faces of golf. This course was designed by Henry Fownes and opened in 1903. It is listed on 8th position in the list of the best golf courses. With the average rating of 77.36, it is one of the most dried and dessert course of United States.

Golf course of Shinnecock Hills

Shinnecock Hills Golf course is one of the oldest and the best golf courses in the world. It was started building in 1891 when Meade and Cryder bought an 80-acre land for the course. It is a 12 hole course designed by Willie Davis of the Royal Montreal Club. Earlier in 1893, a nine-hole course was built exclusive for women, but afterwards it was added to the original course.

Newport Golf & CC

Newport Golf & CC was established in 1893, on a rocky land of 140-acre. This course was an idea of a rich person Theodore Havemeyer, who played golf in France in 1889 and got impressed. He planned to fix a golf course in his island of Newport. William Davis designed it as a 9 hole course. It is one of America’s oldest clubs located in the heart place of United States, ranked on top among best golf courses in the world. Nowadays this is an 18 hole course spread over 6945 yards of the area. Three types of different tees are divided according to the members’ category: red par-72 is exclusive for men while par 72 blue tee belongs to women. A white par 72 tee is assigned to the seniors. Cypress Point golf course

Augusta National
